I’m Nat, founder of DUNE Property & Staging—a creative at heart with a passion for transforming properties and a deep understanding of what makes buyers fall in love with homes.

With over 15 years’ experience across design, interiors, retail, and property staging, DUNE was born from a natural evolution—shaped by years of visual storytelling, hands-on styling, and a belief that great design doesn’t just look good—it performs.

My journey began in graphic design, followed by a creative role at LUSH, but I quickly craved a more tangible kind of creativity—where I could shape environments from the ground up. At 25, I launched my first retail boutique in Salisbury, which soon grew into two award-winning stores—one specialising in curated fashion and lifestyle, the other in homewares and interiors —earning a place as a Grazia UK Top 50 Boutique, a recognition that remains a proud career highlight. A few years later, I opened a third successful store in Bournemouth.

Through this work—curating spaces, styling displays, and building brands—I developed a fascination with the psychology of how people interact with space. As my interest in property grew, my husband and I began renovating and staging homes ourselves across Dorset. These projects were a revelation. One of our homes sold instantly at full asking price, while another attracted multiple bids and sold over asking—thanks in no small part to its expert staging, which estate agents valued at adding £100,000 to the sale price. That was a turning point.

I realised what I loved most was helping people see the potential in a space—and creating environments that speak to buyers both emotionally and commercially.

DUNE Property & Staging was born from that moment of clarity. It gave me the chance to bring together everything I love—creative styling, commercial insight, and the thrill of seeing a space come to life. Today, I work with homeowners, developers, landlords, and estate agents across Bournemouth, Dorset, and the South Coast to stage homes that sell faster, for more, and with less stress.
